| PhysioCare Rehabilitation was established in November 2003 as a physical therapy facility in Voorhees, New Jersey. In 2006 we opened our second facility in Medford, New Jersey. It is a family-owned and operated business. PhysioCare Rehabilitation is dedicated to providing courteous, compassionate and skilled intervention to achieve maximum benefit and return-to-work status. Kostantinos (Gus) Ntelekos is the owner and sole practitioner of PhysioCare Rehabilitation. He is a proud APTA member for 7 years, and believes that individualized care achieves maximum benefit from Physical Therapy.
